1. Paper quality and impregnation technology In order to ensure the quality of film impregnated paper, high-quality decorative base paper is required. In the soaking process, in strict accordance with the process requirements, any paper needs to be used after the import/temporary inspection, and the unqualified must not flow to the human production line. Sampling inspection shall be carried out every 30 minutes to ensure the technical requirements of 130~150 sizing amount, 6% ~ 7% volatile content and 65% pre-curing degree. When stored in an air-conditioned warehouse, the storage time shall not exceed 3 doors. The principle of opening casually during use shall be adopted. The soaked and dried film paper shall be immediately packed with plastic film and sealed with glue; the temperature is 20-25 and the humidity is 55%-65%. The paper used up at one time is immediately sealed and sent to the warehouse. After absorbing moisture, the gummed paper cannot be used to prevent unnecessary losses.

1) The board surface shall be flat and clean without water pollution and oil pollution. There must be no edge shedding, fast food, etc. within the effective size.

2) The thickness deviation of the board should be below 0.2mm. Regarding particleboard, it needs to be purchased according to customer requirements, but particleboard products need to meet the requirements of GB/T4897-92 first-class products. And even sanding, no sand leakage is allowed;

3) changes in the environment will cause changes in the moisture content of the plate. High moisture content, in the paste process may cause rupture, delamination and other phenomena; low moisture content orimpregnated paperWhen the volatile content of the sheet is low, the moisture content of the sheet should be controlled within the range of 6%-10%. Since the particleboard is mostly purchased, the surface may not be wet when hot pressing, and the cardboard will peel off. Therefore, in the production process, it is necessary to observe the unqualified substrate at any time and remove it in time.

3. The three elements of the hot pressing process are interdependent and mutually restricted. The influence of the three factors on the panel pasting is different. It is necessary to analyze and adjust the process in a unified way. The hot pressing temperature mainly plays a catalytic role in the chemical reaction of the impregnated resin. High temperature is beneficial to the demoulding after stamping, which can shorten the synchronization of hot pressing and improve the output. However, too high temperature will cause the uniform flow of the resin to be too late to solidify, and tiny voids will be formed on the board surface. That is, accelerated curing. According to the actual requirements of production and the author's experience, the temperature of the hot plate is 145~165. The resin in the impregnated paper melts and solidifies to form a closed and dense surface, which can also fill the unevenness and small voids on the surface of the substrate. Usually, the pressure is usually 2.0~3.0 MPa, but under the premise of not affecting the quality of the product, the use of the lowest possible pressure is beneficial to the life of the equipment, the hydraulic oil, and the internal structure of the substrate; however, the appropriate pressure can Ensure a good combination between the substrate and the impregnated paper, under the action of appropriate temperature and pressure, an excessively low pressure will affect the bond strength of the substrate to the impregnated paper and the resin flow ability. Therefore, in actual production, it is necessary to adjust the unit pressure appropriately according to the new and old degree of different substrates and cushions.

The length of the hot pressing time depends on the curing speed of the impregnating resin and the hot pressing temperature, and is generally preferably 40 to 50 seconds. If the time is too long, the resin will cure too much and lose its original elasticity, which will easily bring cracks and internal stress to the product, and will cause cracks and warpage in the subsequent processing; affect the durability of the product. Because the time required for different materials is also different, the time is too short, the resin curing is not sufficient, the phenomenon of sticking to the board is easy to occur, and the physical and chemical properties of the surface of the product will be affected. Therefore, the curing degree of each board surface of the new product is tested, and the parameters of hot pressing are adjusted according to the test results.
